With over 30 years of experience as a certified life coach, speaker, and mentor, I am passionate about helping people discover their inner strength and unlock their full potential. My journey has taken me from guiding my own family through unconventional paths to success, to inspiring audiences of all ages to embrace wellness, resilience, and purposeful living.
As an author and speaker, I draw from my personal story, my professional insights, and the lessons shared in my books to connect authentically with every audience.
