CORPORATE WELLNESS — ATLANTA & DULUTH, GA
Your employees are hurting. Ergonomics isn’t the answer. We are.
The Hydrated Life delivers hands-on, results-focused corporate wellness programs for companies in the Atlanta metro and Duluth, Georgia area. We go beyond desk setup to address the real root causes of workplace pain — and give your team the tools to feel and perform better, every single day.
No obligation. 30 minutes.
We’ll build a custom proposal for your team.
The real cost of ignoring workplace pain
Most organizations treat employee discomfort as a personal issue — something for the individual to manage on their own. The reality is different. Musculoskeletal pain is the leading cause of workplace absenteeism in the United States. Presenteeism — showing up to work but operating at reduced capacity due to pain, fatigue, or discomfort — quietly costs companies far more than sick days ever show on a report.
Traditional ergonomics addresses the environment. The Hydrated Life addresses the person. We work directly with your employees’ bodies to release chronic tension, retrain poor movement habits, and build the kind of daily practices that actually stick.
A program designed to support your team
Every organization is different. That’s why The Hydrated Life program is fully customizable across four delivery formats. Most clients combine two or more for the deepest, most lasting results.

- Breathwork for stress reduction and afternoon energy restoration
- No equipment required — works in any office, clinic, or open space
- Targeted pain condition sessions available: plantar fasciitis, carpal tunnel, and Kinetic Chain Self-Assessment

1-on-1 Coaching
For employees dealing with persistent pain, recovering from injury, or wanting a more personalized approach, individual coaching delivers the most targeted and lasting results.
What’s included:
- Personal intake and movement assessment
- Customized corrective exercise and mobility plan
- Ongoing accountability and progress check-ins
- Coordination with HR or management for documentation if needed
Best for: Employees in high-demand roles, those returning from injury, or executives investing in their own performance.

Every element of The Hydrated Life program is available online — live, interactive, and just as effective as in-person delivery.
What’s included:
- Live video sessions via Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Google Meet
- Real-time instruction and guided practice
- Recorded session library for on-demand access
- Digital resource kit: hydration guides, movement planners, and daily habit tools
Best for: Hybrid teams, fully remote organizations, or companies with employees across multiple locations.
Educational Workshops
Structured as lunch-and-learns or half-day programs, these workshops build the wellness knowledge your team needs to take care of themselves — long after the session ends.
What’s included:
- Hydration and workplace cognitive performance
- Understanding your posture — and how to actually fix it
- Movement as a productivity strategy, not just a health goal
- Sustainable energy from morning to end of day — without caffeine dependency
- Pain prevention for specific environments: dental, healthcare, open office, call center
- Plantar fasciitis relief — understanding foot and lower-leg mechanics for employees who stand all day
- Carpal tunnel prevention — wrist, forearm, and shoulder techniques for keyboard-heavy roles
- Kinetic Chain Self-Assessment — a guided tool that helps employees identify how tension in one part of the body is driving pain in another
Companies introducing wellness for the first time, or those building a culture of sustainable performance.
