I created Morning Strength after my breast cancer diagnosis 22 years ago, when I realized that thriving—not just surviving—meant making small, loving choices every day. As a massage therapist, wellness coach, and survivor, I’ve seen firsthand how women struggle with aches from desk jobs, old emotional wounds, and the weight of caring for everyone but themselves.
But here’s the truth: Your strength was never meant to be loud. It lives in the small actions you take for yourself each morning.
Why Morning Matters
The morning is your sanctuary. Before emails, before demands, before you put on your armor—you have a window to nurture your mind, body, and spirit. After my diagnosis, I learned that a morning wellness routine for women doesn’t need to be complicated. It simply needs to be consistent and filled with compassion. I lost 60 pounds, changed my habits, and learned to love myself in ways I never thought possible. I started Morning Strength to share these life-changing lessons—because every woman deserves to feel strong, whole, and free.
