The Hydrated Life
Hi, welcome to The Hydrated Life Blog. My name is Patti McGee and I am a Life Coach, Mentor, Author and Motivational Speaker. I love speaking life into individuals who are struggling to overcome a lifetime of judgement against themselves. We all have issues and we can all release them if we are willing to dig deep and get to the root cause.
I have overcome many obstacles in life, especially self hatred and breast cancer. I am a 20 year breast cancer survivor and it has taken me on a beautiful journey through life.
I look forward to providing entertaining and resourceful information that you can use daily to improve your core health for the rest of your life.

34 Your eye is the lamp of your body. When your eyes are healthy, your whole body also is full of light. But when they are unhealthy, your body also is full of darkness. 35 See to it, then, that the light within you is not darkness.
